I don’t know about you, but I no only want my students to think about our Earth and what they are doing to it but also to get out and DO something!
I am having my students complete this quick activity to celebrate Earth Day.
- Watch the book We Are Here by Oliver Jeffers ( did you know this comes out as a movie on AppleTV tomorrow? You know where to find me tomorrow!)
- Think about “If the Earth could talk, what would it tell you?”
- Get out and do something to help our Earth! They will post a video or picture sharing how they did this
It is nothing fancy, but it gets their minds thinking + doing! Download the Google Slides activity below. If you want to put it into Seesaw instead, you can take a screenshot of the pages and then import those into Seesaw! 🙂 That is what I plan to do! Happy Earth Day! 🙂
